7/13 Start of Trip in Kalamazoo
Our very old train station is now called the transportation center as the Metro Buses have a big presence there also. There still are four trains daily that go through Kalamazoo.
7/13 The Wolverine Arriving
Takes us to Chicago's Union Station. Amazingly it was only about a half hour late and it was full.

Next long stop was in Minot, ND. We were there for about 40 minutes. Train refueled there also.

Meals overall were just great. The staff was so great, and made the experience all the more better.
7/15 Crossing the Wenachee River
Our final morning we were in the Cascades. It was very misty outside. Breakfast in this scenery was great.
7/15 Next To Last Stop Before Seattle
Two friends we met and had several meals together were transferring here to another train going north into Vancouver.
We've Arrived
Arrived almost a half hour early. Another unusual happening on long distance trains.
