Changed over to all rain by 0800. Liquid water on ends of needles. Still lots of ice on needles.

Tree looks like it's going to fall over. The lowest branches are normally about 7-8 feet above ground. Barb's holding it up though.

Amazingly strong stalks still holding up quite a bit of snow/ice weight.

More fresh snow to whiten everything up. Some trees are starting to break because of the heavy weight of snow and ice.

More snow added overnight and tree was broken and bent over touching the ground this morning. Here's the spot where it cracked.

See previous days images for location,etc. This was a huge trunk that broke under the weight of heavy snow and ice. I couldn't believe this employee wasn't wearing even a soft hat, let alone no hard hat which he should have been.

Sky partly cleared late this afternoon revealing clear sun for short intervals.

Pretty sunset again.

Beautiful clear blue sky all day, and no clouds around at sunset. So it wasn't a spectacular as some in the past.

Surprised the birds didn't eat all of them this year.

Difficult time taking this because I was shivering and couldn't hold the camera still, especially with Dixie tugging on the other arm.
